Verify Insurance Coverage:
We are contracted with The Lactation Network to provide accessible lactation care. Through our partnership with TLN, you may be eligible for 7 or more FREE visits at no cost to you! TLN accepts most PPO plans with the following insurance companies: Anthem, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), VA CCN, and now accepts multiple additional plans, as long as your insurance card has a “Multiplan” or PNOA logo on the front or back.
Please click the link below to verify insurance coverage through The Lactation Network. You will be asked to upload photos of your insurance card for verification. After receiving confirmation, you can schedule your initial and follow up visits as “TLN approved.”
We are in network with AETNA, and can submit claims out of network to UHC and UMR as well. If your insurance is not currently approved by TLN, that doesn’t mean your consult won’t be covered!
What if your insurance company is not covered by TLN?
We also offer self-pay rates for all of our services. We are happy to provide a SuperBill upon request, for you to submit to your insurance company, to request full or partial coverage of our consult. We cannot guarantee coverage for any of the services provided, but we are able to accept FSA and HSA cards in the event your insurance company does not cover the consult.
The cost of each service is listed when you schedule your consult. Simply select the consult location you would prefer, the payment type you’ll be using, and the cost of each service will be displayed before booking. We require a credit card to schedule a consult, but your card will not be charged until after our visit.
